IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Skips over 6 yards can ONLY be used for lightweight materials, therefore, no bricks, soil, stone, or tree roots, etc.
Skips MUST be loaded level with the side. The driver has the right to refuse removal if the skip is overloaded and deemed unsafe for travel.
MATERIALS THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT
❌ Oil and oil filters ❌ Fuel cans ❌ Paint tins ❌ Chemicals or fertilisers ❌ Asbestos ❌ Industrial fridge freezers ❌ Wood containing heavy oil base (e.g. sleepers or telegraph poles) ❌ Batteries
PLASTERBOARD WASTE
Any plasterboard found mixed within general waste will be charged at the full plasterboard skip rate for the entire weight of the skip. Under the Landfill Directive – 1999/31/EC, it is a legal requirement that no other materials are permitted with plasterboard waste.
Dedicated skips for loose plasterboard are available on request or we have Fill-a-bags for a cheaper alternative for plasterboard disposal.
