We're thrilled to announce that our landscaping display in New Milton has been named the BMN Hard Landscaping Display of the Year, recognising our innovative approach to garden inspiration and customer engagement.

In 2023, we set out to revolutionise the customer experience at our New Milton branch. Recognising the growing demand for landscaping ideas and immersive garden inspiration, we conducted surveys that identified the need for realistic, experiential garden displays.

A New Era of Garden Inspiration

Inspired by this insight, we undertook a major branch refurbishment, introducing a first-of-its-kind immersive landscaping experience in the local area. Our new display features mini-garden zones that are more than just a showroom; they're a source of inspiration and a practical guide to garden design. It is accessible, adaptable, and flexible, ensuring it caters to the needs of our diverse customer base.

Since its launch in June 2023, this innovative display has driven significant sales growth and proven its adaptability. We've continued to enhance it throughout 2024, ensuring it remains a dynamic and inspiring space.

A Community Hub

Our commitment to the local community is reflected in the design of the display. It's not just a showroom; it's a community hub. We've created a space that's accessible to everyone, including those with mobility aids, or customers nervous about entering a builder's merchants.

The display also serves as a versatile venue for community events. Our golf putting green, for example, has been used for competitions to raise money for local charities, and the BBQ area and summerhouse provide opportunities for hosting workshops, demonstrations, and social gatherings.

Our display showcases a wide range of products, from high-quality porcelain tiles to decorative aggregates and artificial grass. We've carefully curated a selection of products from leading brands, ensuring that there's something to suit everyone's budget.
