Our Senior Management Team have vast experience in the industry and their functions, and work together to drive the company in achieving its vision and uphold its values.
Rob Flower, Managing Director
Rob Flower holds a BEng in quarry and road surface engineering and has over 30 years’ experience in the aggregates and construction materials industry, both marine and land based. He joined NMSB in 2014 after being Commercial and Logistics Manager for Hanson Marine, responsible for nine sand and gravel dredgers delivering 7 million tonnes of marine sand and gravel into the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Denmark. Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying and is currently Chairman for the Minerals Product Association London & South East region. Rob is currently continuing his education by studying for an MBA at Henley Business School.
